But for many of us, fear, worry, and anxiety are constant companions–paralyzing us and clouding our ability to express ourselves, and live a fully realized life.

You’ll Learn:

  • Where anxiety comes from, and how to differentiate between momentary worry and chronic anxiety
  • Why calm is an underrated inner strength, and the biology behind it
  • How to use mindfulness to calm and settle yourself when anxiety and fear kick in
  • How to maximize your range of responses to different situations, and fight back against stress
